Olivia Marie Golosky (Michif)
Hailing from nistawâyâw, Olivia is a Two-Spirit Michif Producer, Director and Writer based on the unceded territories of the xwməθkwəy̓ əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. Olivia’s passion is to empower Two-Spirit, Queer, and Trans Indigenous voices through a lens of radical self-love and joy.
They work alongside Tyler Hagan & Kathleen Hepburn as an Associate Producer with Experimental Forest Films.
Their work includes; In Alaska (Associate Producer), SEVENTEEN (Producer), pîķîwî (Director/Producer/Writer), AKASHI (Associate Producer & Production Coordinator), Kimmapiiyipitssini: The Meaning of Empathy (Producing/Directing Mentee), homecoming (Director), The Runner (Line Producer), Nite Ride (Co-Director/Writer/Co-Producer), The Bears’ Lair (Season 1, Production Coordinator), Bones of Crows (2nd Ast Production Coordinator), Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (Season 1, Producing Directors’ Assistant), Yellowjackets (Season 1, Producer’s Assistant), and The Body Remembers When The World Broke Open (Producing Mentee).
They are an alumni of the NSI IndigiDocs Program, WIFTV’s Tricksters & Writers’ Program, Audible's Indigenous Writers' Circle program and Capilano University’s Indigenous Digital Filmmaking Program.

Their writings have appeared in Red Rising Magazine and the Canadian Theatre Review. Their play, Wihtiko, can be found in the Alberta Playwrights Network’s catalogue.
Olivia is a member of the McMurray Métis Local 1935 and the Métis Nation of Alberta.
